- Identification: A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of pickup. The name on your order must match the name on your identification.
- Order Confirmation: Please bring a copy of your order confirmation (digital or printed) to expedite the pickup process.
- Pickup Deadline: All pre-orders must be picked up during Halcy-Con event hours. Unclaimed items will not be shipped or refunded.
