Inspiration

Gaya and the scoundrel storyline have always stood out to me as one of the most iconic parts of the Halcyon experience. There was something about that mix of music, charisma, and quiet defiance that felt different—less about choosing sides, and more about choosing your own path.

While exploring visual ideas, I came across the Abbey Road album cover, and it immediately clicked. That sense of movement, identity, and shared direction felt like a perfect parallel to the scoundrels’ journey aboard the Halcyon.

This piece became a way to merge those worlds—taking a universally recognizable visual rhythm and reimagining it through the lens of the voyage.

It’s a tribute not just to Sandro, Raithe, Gaya, and Ouannii—but to the feeling of walking through the Halcyon itself. Those in-between moments where you weren’t just watching the story unfold—you were inside it.
